Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in our Allen, TX location. This role is the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative and front-office functions.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area

Administrative Support

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and copying
  • Assist with correspondence, reports, and internal documents
  • Maintain office records and confidential information
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed

Office Operations

  • Support internal teams with clerical and administrative tasks
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, payments, or expense tracking (if applicable)
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred

  • Experience in a professional office environment (medical, legal, corporate, or service-based)
  • Familiarity with scheduling software or office management systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
